The 3rd Mediterranean Plant Conservation Week (3MPCW) will be organized in a hybrid way.
Participate virtually or join us in Chania, Crete for the complete experience!
Participants are asked to register before September 15th, 2021 via the online registration platform.
Registration is open to authors, co-authors, attendants and accompanying persons.
There will also be the possibility to register on site for a very limited number of participants.
Participation fees have been set as follows for all participants
150 EUR for physical and 50 EUR for virtual participation.

Please take into consideration that due to COVID 19 restrictions there is a capacity limit for physical participation. All places will be booked on a first come first served basis.

Projects market place & poster sessions are NOT included.
It will be an interactive experience with real-time access.
Places are also limited and will be available on a first come first served basis. Each virtual participant must register separately.
If cancellation is confirmed by September 20th, 2021, fees will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee of 50 EUR. Only written cancellation by e-mail will be accepted for refund purposes. In the case where the candidate has omitted to inform us of the cancellation, no fees will be refunded. Please note that after this date no refund will be given.
The cost of the 2 post meeting excursions is not included in the above registration fee.

If you are interested in participating, please express your interest by sending an e-mail to the address 3rd.mpcw2021@gmail.com stating that you have registered for the 3rd Mediterranean Plant Conservation Week and that you wish to participate in the excursion of Saturday 2 October 2021 or the excursion of Sunday 3 October 2021 or in both excursions.
The fee to be paid per person will be 25 Euro for each excursion and it covers the bus transfer and the snack provided.
Additional costs to be paid on the spot directly by each participant will be for the boat transfers and the meals.
A minimum of 15 participants per day will be required for each excursion to take place.
Confirmation about excursions taking place will be sent to you by e-mail by 7 September 2021 with a link from where you will register for the post meeting excursion(s). Deadline of payment will be 20 September 2021.
